Your journey to success with Smarp

Scoping

From the start, you as a Smarp customer will work with your own, dedicated Customer Success Director to help scope out your communications project. All our projects are unique, and yours will be tailored specifically for your organization.

Implementation

Your Customer Success Director will liaison between other Smarp internal support agencies, including strategic, development, integration and creative specialists. This ensures that you have a fully developed and integrated solution ready for launch day, coupled with the necessary communications strategy in place.

Launch

The most exciting and crucial part of the program! Your Customer Success Director will work with you and your team to launch the platform using tactics to ensure a successful rollout. In addition, your Customer Success Director will host training and on-boarding sessions for the entire organization to maximize adoption.

Review

After launch, your Customer Success Director is available for frequent program review sessions. During review, you will cover how your program is performing against KPIs set during implementation as well as recommendations on how to improve.
